Supervise and conduct water quality monitoring surveys to meet sampling objectives and schedules for other programs within the Water Quality Monitoring Program. Coordinate the submission, delivery and shipment of water samples to appropriate laboratories with proper documentation, labeling and packaging for the purpose of assuring sample integrity and analysis.
